i'm considering switching from fluorescent to incandescent in my 10 gallon, just so i don't have to scrub the entire tank of algae every single week (that's how fast algae grows with my current 10-watt bulb).
would my tank be free of green algae if i switch to incandescent? will i just get brown algae instead?
