as i said i took some fish back today so just looking for some i.d`s please
this is the first one im certain he is a pseudotropheus salousi just confirming.

Thought this one was an elongatus now might be wrong.

The man said this was an ice blue something couldnt remember what said it had 2 o`s in it any ideas?

and this unusual little chap no one knew what he was but my wife wanted him.

Pic 1 is definately a salousi, and pic 3 looks like a female metriaclima greshaki aka ice blue zebra. Not sure what the others are. Hope that helps.

Thanks i dont think its a greisheki though different colour and markings could be wrong though.

hi mark not sure on ids but i can tell you that pic 3 is defo not a greshkai as i breed them and it defo aint one of them. although the last pic looks like by its mouth shape a fullaborni(not sure about the spelling)
cheers stewy

see where your coming from there mate but thats just the pic its mouth doesnt over hang like that only just seen that myself.

Pic 3 is a Socolofi. :D

Its a sub-dominant Socolofi, presumably there are more dominant fish in the tank. It will not display its full colouration if intimidated by other Mbuna.

its only a young juvie its about 1" long so what do you think these 2 are
i was thinking this could be demansoni

and not got a clue what this one is

1st one is defintaely not a Demasoni, looks like 1 of the Afra species.

2nd one is either one of the labeotropheus species or an Aulonocara. I can't tell from the pics whether it has the overhanging top lip that labeotropheus have, if not, its almost certainly a juvie Aulonocara, probably female.
