Sorry didn't have a chance to take any pics with the vehicle still there. A wonderful individual(not, he tried to leave the scene) :grr: decided to remodel our fence with their car! He said he was only driving 10 mph and he hydroplaned  whatever! The dog house was also destroyed(you can see it under the fence) lucky for him our dog was not in his house even though it was raining or they would have been scraping the driver off the pavement!!! :sly: At least he didn't hit the house! BTW no one was injured.

You're in Texas - you should have just shot him for being on your property!! :D Just kidding of course, I'm glad to hear your dog wasn't in the kennel and that no one was hurt, I'm guessing the police will be able to measure the skid marks to work out the speed he was going, will he just pay a fine to repay the damages?

Right now the insurance companies are starting a claims process. He will have to pay for the damages or more likely his insurance will and then his premiums will go up. The sheriff that stopped was the chaplain so he didn't even have a ticket book and the guy got off without a citation. He will still be held liable for all damages though. The street is a somewhat busy street but the speed limit is 25mph commonly people drive much faster and are constantly causing problems, just never so close to home!

Ouch bad drivers :X when are they ever going to learn  good luck on gettin the fence and doggie house fixed!! u have a pretty doggy

Ack! what a doofus. Makes me wonder if they really do hand out licenses in cracker jack boxes.

By the way..is you dog a short haired pointer?
he/she is a lovely dog

Thanks everyone! He is a Dalmation, technically his color is called liverspot. We have always called him a chocolate since that is closer to the color. Here is a better pic of him with his oversized tennis ball. His name is KB, but my 4 yr old daughter has modified it to be either KB dodo or KB good boy depending on their moods.

im glad to hear that everyone is ok, especially w/ such a young daughter.
a family in a small town by us had problems like that, so they just put a metal pole on the corner of their fence, going 20 feet into the ground.
we've also had a drunk drive into our tree ( about 100 ft from the road) and try to claim that he lived here. can we say stupid ppl, boys and girls. lol

A dalmation with BROWN SPOTS......no way...........
