Hello,
I have 10 neon tetra,3, mollies and four guppies and on inspecting them closely we found a baby fish and I don't have a clue what I should do.
Any advice appreciated.

You could get a small (~10x5x5cm) breeding net that hangs on the rim of your tank, giving the youngster protection from the other fish.

As for food, if the fry has already used up the yolk sac, you will need someone else with experience of breeding your fish to chip in. I've raised two batches of Pearl Danios and one batch of Golden Wonder in such a net, but because of their relatively big size, I could get away with Tetramin and crushed Tetra Prima, but I have no idea if you may need some "liquifry"or alike to feed a smaller fish.

very likely to be a guppy, i had a few and they bred like rabbits! Get it out, and put it in a smaller tank by itself, feed it very crunched up fish flakes they grow pretty quick and get colours too, also i kept mine in a coldwater tank as i didn't have a spare heater, and they got on FINE, and once i put them into my heated tank again they simply developed even more beautiful colours good luck!
