Surprise Birth

Hello,
I have 10 neon tetra,3, mollies and four guppies and on inspecting them closely we found a baby fish and I don't have a clue what I should do.
Any advice appreciated.

Guppys & Mollies are part of the common Livebearer family group of fish so the best section for more info on them is here ;

Both Guppys & Mollies are prolific breeders and so unexpected fry are quite common. There are some really good pinned articles in the section in the link above on everything you need to know on livebearer fry raising and more .

Just a quick update there were five born and they are just begining to venture halfway up the tank.
We haven't a clue what they are but one neon tetra tries to protect them at times.

I guarantee you that they're either Molly or Guppy fry- expect more to come. Guppys & Mollys are Livebearers and you can find out everything you want to know about them in the Livebearers section of the forum.
