    Hi All

Just a quick one how much surface movement should i have with my spray bar im trying to get into the planted thing and im playing with CO2 does the surface movement deplete the CO2 quicker?

I have just a gentle ripple at the moment.

Just a gentle ripple is all you need, as long as there is some surface movement. Too much can drive off co2 quicker

Yes a gentle ripple is perfect for almost all tank with or without co2 just remember with co2 when you turn it of if you have no ripple then your fish may use up all the O2 over night so you need that ripple to help with O2 levels too
