Suitable Cichlids

I have a 260l community tank which at present houses 4 Black Ruby Barbs, 7 Cardinal tetras and 4 mountain minnows.
I would like to introduce a pair of small cichlids but I am unsure which, if any, would be suitable. I know they can be a bit teritorrial and am not sure if they would get on with the barbs as they are quite busy around the tank.

German Blue Rams might be a good choice as they are peaceful fish. Not an expert though just my .02 cents

Bolivian Rams are hardier than German Blue Rams...and both can be aggressive when breeding. Keyhole cichlids are supposedly the least aggressive while breeding. Apistogrammas are another dwarf cichlid option.
