Stupid Baby Shrimp Food!

I bought a tetra 3-in-1 food kit for my fish (tetras, guppies, mollies) so I could easily and quickly feed them a small variety of food - dried baby shrimp, tropical flakes, and sinking pellets. I have tried to put 1 baby shrimp in at each feeding and ALL of my fish hate them! What's going on?! I feel like it was a waste of money
