Stunted?

well after noticing the new plecs body being a bit mis-shapen i was googling and from what i can see this isnt normal... they said he hadnt grown for ages - now im wondering if thats because hes stunted? anything i can do or is it too late? (p.s. i was told he was 7 inches, when i got him in there he's actually over 10! thinking he'll need to be moved pretty soon if he grows anymore)

i do think he is absolutely beautiful though even if he is a bit rough round the edges

If it is that size please move it to the 300l now.

i have to fix that tank up first - it currently has no filtration.. soon as i've got it cycled etc i'll move him (dont want to intro that much poo to a barely cycled tank)
