Sorry in advance if i'm being stupid

Striped Doras - Help

I Hope the link works :/

normally, pineconing is a sign of internal organ failure - if it is this, then there is little hope

It looks like dropsy in it's final stage one of my freinds Lampeye Killifish thet i was asked to take care died from the exact same thing.

It pineconed and then it died

I agree once scales stick out last stage of dropsy organ failure.
All you can do is epson salt baths to help draw the fluids out.
Bacterial med in issolation.
have you seen the fish go to the toilet, if so what does it look like.

As said in the other thread, from seeing the pic of the actual fish it doesn't look like Dropsy at all,
Doras gorge themselves silly on food and can often look this way fo a few hours after they have eaten

Title of thread said scales are sticking out.
Sorry just read the other thread and they don't have scales.
Cut down on feeding, don't feed for a few days.
