Stressed Betta

I bought a 5.5g tank to put a Betta I already own into it. I need the 10g she was in for a Dwarf Gourami that was being picked on. As soon as I put her in the 5.5g, I noticed she had clamped fins. I used water from an already established tank and put a used filter cartridge in the new filter. Is this just stress from a new tank? I'm not quite sure what to do at this point..

Most likely the stress of being moved. When you say water from an established tank, do you mean from her own tank or another?
How did you acclimate her new tank?

I took some water from her own old tank and mixed it with some new fresh water (with conditioner). The old tank was due for a water change so that's why I didn't fill the entire tank. 
 
 
Now that it's been a few days, she is still showing signs of stress. She does this thing where she'll swim rapidly back and forth then all of a sudden she'll slam herself into the gravel, then get back up and does the same thing. She's hitting the bottom so hard I can hear her hitting the gravel. I have no clue why she's doing this. I was going to just put her back in her old tank (obviously take the gourami out), but the fish that is now in her tank is showing signs of Ich...

She was under a TV, which I barely use anyway, but now I've moved her into an office type room that's super quiet. She's still showing signs of stress though.

a photo would be really helpful, also I think your betta is fine (opinion). its been a bit since this threads been made, if shes alive then its ok lol. yea clamped fins are usually a sign of stress, bettas are very good at expressing there emotions lol. sometimes they lose color a bit when stressed, many things.

I also have some water parameters.
pH- 7.6
Ammonia- .25
Nitrite- .25
Nitrate- 0
 
Also it looks like the front fins (sorry don't know what they're called..) are torn. Just those fins not the long ones.
