Thanks
While a little more Stress Coat would not harm the fish, other medications would. Hence, it may be a good idea to use drops instead of millilitres (ml) when dosing fish in one gallon containers.nashnutny said:Getting the proper dosage for a one gallon container is not easy. It works out to 5ml to 10 gallons so I figured about 1/2 a ml for one gallon. However, it's hard to measure and I keep ending up with just about 1ml to the gallon. Will this be a problem for the fish?

The above information on number of drops for fish medications is taken from the following thread.f250fisherman said:1 tsp/5 ml treats 10 gal..I used a dropper to fill a measuring tsp for cooking. It held 100 drops.. (100 divided by 10, ...10 gal divided by 1 gal water)..was 10 drops. Any med that says 5 ml to 10 gal..is 10 drops per gal.
