Strange Worm Type Groth On Plec

i have just been looking at my plec and he seems to have a weard groth on his side it looks like a white raised bump but when you look close it apeares to be moving almost like a worm, it looks as tho its right under on of his scales.
Anyone know what it is

Its hard to tell i dont think it has legs it just looks like a worm its trying to burow into the plec and its just a tail sticking out
