Strange Looking Fish?

I saw these fish in our local chinese take away and was wondering what they were, sorry the pics are very blurred, the fish wouldnt stay still long enough..

I am wanting to know what the one on the right is... its about the size of a neon but very brightly coloured, there were orange ones too.

i assume they are some kind of tetras but that is just a guess...hope someone can help...

Looks like a guppy, or possibly a guppy/endler hybrid.

so endlers can come in very bright neon colours. The orange one which was too fast to get a pic of, was almost ( for lack of a better word) florescent.

I don't know about 'flourescent' exactly; it was just the shape and the markings that looked a bit endler-like to me. I suppose they could be dyed ones?

have been googling and it seems pretty similar. they were gorgeous and i thought they must be a live barer of sorts.. thanks for the help!
