What do you suggest?

6 hatchets or 2 dwft gourmis
4 Angelfish
6 Glowlight and 6 silver tip or 20 neons
2 rams or 2 killfish or 2 kribs / albino krib or 2 Festivum Cichlid or 2 key hole or 2 firemouths
6 Cory and 6 ottos or 1 plec

i would personal get

-6 hatchets
-4 angels
-2 rams
-6 glows and 6 silvers
-6 corys and 6 ottos

then you would be stocked

Agree with alex. That tank too small for a normal plec. Neons and angels don't go together. And I would not not suggest mixing african (krib) and south american (angels) cichlids.

I didnt say a common plec
I said a plec
could even be clown plec that gets 5 in

you have to be careful when you choose plecs. some need special things and won't work well as a clean up crew. i think that is why they suggested the ottos and the corries. the ottos will eat algae off of the glass, the cories will clean up leftover food. they work well together as a clean up crew.
