seems ok to me but...

the tiger barbs may harass the cardinals and nip at the salfin mollys fins but this probably wont happen because you are planning on getting a large group of tiger barbs.

apprently (never owning these) the mollys will eventually need to be in a brackish or possibly marine set up.

don't put cardinals in with adult rainbowfish, especially wild caught rainbows. They will eat them. If the rainbows are small and grow up with the cardinals they should be all right.
I would get a couple more M. lacustris (Lake Kutubu) rainbows.
Drop the tiger barbs and get ruby barbs instead. Similar colouring but more peaceful, and males turn black when breeding.

Mollies will be fine in freshwater all their life. They do best in slightly alkaline water with a lot of hardness (mineral content). The rainbows do best in this water too.
