Stocking question

[New Boy]

I plan to upgrade to a 400 litre tank in March and I’ve drawn up a plan of which fish I’d like to keep. I’ll be taking the fish in my current 190 litre (see signature) except for the raphaels, and adding a few more

4 BP’s (the one’s I currently have I will look after as best I can)
6 Lions cove labs
8 Tiger Barbs
1 Bristlenose cat
3 Upside-down catfish
3 Kuhli Loaches
6 Giant Danios

Overstocked? Incompatible fish?
My water is 7.8ph and moderately hard.

Ok just changed my mind, how about 6 red eye tetras instead of 6 giant danios
