55 gallon tank, already cycled and established, i got rid of my old goldfish, now i want to put these fish in, which i already saw in the store:

1 African Brown knife fish (the one that grows to 8" only, NOT the black 18" one)
1 Senegal bichir( the smallest of al the bichirs, the 12" bichir)
1 Angelfish
1 Severum
1 Blood parrot
1 Needlenose gar
1 Gold nugget pleco, im worried a bristle nose will get eaten.

i have nothing but the 8month old blue gravel, filter, heater, air stone, and a few big fake plants. and a driftwood for the plec

What are the dimensions of the 55G

if it is only 12" wide then it isn't suitable for the gar
Sevs require 75G+, so that rules them out
Also it depends on the temperament of the Blood Parrot, it may be too boistrous for the angel etc.
Gold nuggets are carnivores not algae eaters and may latch onto the Bichir and other slow moving fish

Also how deep is the tank as angels shouldn't be put in tanks that are less than 18" deep (that is 18" of water, not including the gravel / substrate)

ok i wont get the gold nugget, im getting a pleco from the internet, that is hervivore and doesnt grow so small like a bristle nose, i am not getting the gar anymore cuz i just read that it can eat the angelfish, im gonna get 3 giant danios instead, and i dont think severums need 75, most websites say a 55 is perfect for a pair or so, the BP is 5", and he doesnt come out very often he hides.
