Stocking levels for 57G Cat tank

My 57G catfish tank has 8 ghost glass cats, 6 african glass cats, 4 flagtailed porthole cats, 3 pictus cats, 1 7" Syno Angelicus and 1 Arabesque plec.

Do you think i could accomodate 2 festivum cichlids in the tank? Or do you think the tank is fully stocked as it is? There is PLENTY of swimming room for them, as obviously they are mostly bottom swimmers (except the porthole cats).

Any suggestions welcome

How do you tell a male from female festivum? I am guessing 2 females it the best combination to have
