I am stocking my 29 gal tank and am wondering if 6 danios,4 bleeding heart tetras,7 black neons,5 blood fins & 6 ghost shrimp woud be suitable for 29 gal or would that be to much of a load?
Bleeding heart tetra's become a fair size i believe, so may not be the best choice. And danio's are very active fish so would need a fair size (length) tank. If your tank is around 2ft+ then these would be fine i reckon. I would concentrate on either the black neons or the blood fins rather than the bleeding hearts, especially if going with the danio's.

I think you have tons of space yet? All I would change (as a personal preference) is stick to 2 schooling fish and get big big schools of them. Though doing the Bleeding Hearts, Danios and one of the smaller tetras I would make a start at planning something like
5 Bleeding Hearts
8 Danios
8 Bloodfin Tetras
And then look to add some Catfish/ bottom dwellers and look at getting some center piece fish like some dwarf or mid sized American Cichlids (a few riverine African species would work though) or some kind of Gourami? Lace Gourami are nice
