Stocking A 60l

would i get 6-10 glowlights in the 60l mine are quite big
 
not all cyprinids are shoaling fish :S ur advice isnt as useful with stright answers and false opinions you might want to do some more reasearching yourself

Not being a pain but it's not a cyprinid either, it's from the Loach family.
You are right in saying that they are best in a group with 3 being the minimum.

siamese algea eaters :) these arent shoaling yet are cyprinids
SAEs are very active, peaceful fish that do best in schools but they may be kept in pairs.

yea PAIRS not shoaling fish can you imagine a tank with between 6-10 of these full grown ey would be all hell broke loose

i wouldnt know from experience as i have never kept them. but the info quoted was taken from our species index, and i found it on numerous other sites too.

and a quick google search reveals that loaches are cyprinids
 
they are so to speak but really should be given their own species and is that all you do get info off google and put it in your own words as advice any way ant got time for childish disputes i have my gorgeous new block head cichlid to watch :p

i used google as a quick check to make sure loaches are cichlids
