Stocking A 60 Ltr

I'm not sure on how many fish I could have in my 60ltr, so far I will be putting in there;

2 x Khuli loaches
6 x female bettas
4 x Amano Shrimp
1 x golden apple snail

I would like to have though (if possible)

6 x Khuli's
6 x bettas
8 x Amano's

Will they be ok in a 60ltr? If I still have room, I would like to add something else but unsure what, any suggestions?

You could definitely have the 8 Khulis, the 6 Bettas and shrimps and snails in the 60l. Maybe go for a mid-water dweller, like a pair of dwarf cichlids.
