How does this sound as a stocking list for a 300 litre tank;

1 bristlenose catfish
3 synodontis petricola
3 botia striata
5 congo tetra
5 siamese algae eaters (cross…siamensis)
5 asian glass catfish
5 african glass catfish
2 kribensis
2 paradise fish
2 thomas butterfly cichlid
2 dwarf gourami

Any comments appreciated (especially constructive ones!)
Cheers
Andy

so 300 litres is about 66 gallons (UK). What dimensions is the tank?

I can't help that notice you have some of the same fish in your 80 gallon. Are these going to be the same ones? Or do you just like them and are getting more?

I don't know much about most of the fish, except I'm learning about botias and gouramis. I assume you are getting 1 male/1 female dwarf gourami.

I would get more botia :) I'm a bit biased towards the botia striata as I have just got 3 myself. I only have a 19 gallon though. But if I had a 66 gallon I would definitely try and get 6. I hear they like to be kept in groups.

Would like to get a new tank but depends on finding space at the mo'...otherwise I just like planning how I would stock tanks generally anyway...there are so many options....!
