ah, thanks for the advice, exactly why i went and tried to plan this out before-handchali said:I have kept rams and kribs together before....and it works ok for a while. I wouldn't recommend it though. The kribs tend to bully the rams........mine eventually got to the point that the male krib killed my male ram....not good,and not something I would repeat or advise.
what about rams/keyholes, or kribs/keyholes? or is it better to just stick to a couple pairs of the same species? and if i don't want to breed them (mostly cause no one will take the fry) is it better to have them as all males or females, or should they always be male and female?

(most of them were gifts, i woke up one morning after saying i had wanted to get fish for my newly cycled tanks, and this girl shows up in my room with a bag full of fish and is like 'HERE!')
