Stock Ideas

looking for some ideas for a center piece fish and some bottom dwellers, any ideas? pref blue
 
tank is 100l 
will have about 20 emerald dwarf rasboras
water is hard
want smallish fish and want to stay well understocked

Was thinking along the lines of  Corydoras habrosus (3.5cm), Otocinclus (probably wont do well in my newly set up tank), Corydoras pygmaeus (3cms), or Corydoras hastatus (3.25cm)? Which ones do you think will be best suited to my hard water conditions? 98 - 130 mg/l as Ca
 
For a center piece i was thinking sparkling gourami, Black Tiger Dario, ??

Corys prefer softer water, I wouldn't go for any of the smaller varieties, bronze or albino seem to tolerate hard water better

maybe 3 female bettas? dwarf gourami?
