Stock Check For 260L

Hey guys, I got some rainbows and was told to get more, However doing more research am not sure if am overstocked or on the edge of being.
 
Fish tank stock:
 
12 Rainbow fish
1 RTS
6 Corys
2 BN plecs
 
260l tank, Powerhead and canister for filter and 50% waterchanges weekly.
 
Heavily planted.

Red rainbows and banded rainbows.

Hmmm, personally I think they need a larger tank as they grow to adult size... I was hoping you would say Dwarf Blue Neons.
 
Im not saying its accurate but its a quick way to work out numbers - both of those fish as adults will reach 6 inches your tank is 260 liters which is 65 gallons (I think) and the Rainbow Fish alone is 72 inches so you can see where I am going...
 
A better choice would have been the Dwarf Neons and if you wanted some variety mix in some Threadfin Rainbows.

So its not possible or could i get away with it? I mean slighty overstocked i can deal with but if its going to be bad i could see a tank upgrade in the future?
