Hi everyone. I've been thinking of a new planted aquarium now. My brother has 30 gallon worth of flourite gravel that has been sitting outside in the sun for 1 year now. It is in a sealed bag and just sitting out there. Are they still okay to use?

I think it is fine, just make sure you rinse it really well.
