Stick Insect Looking Creature In Filter

I changed my white filter to day and was just looking a few mins ago to see how dirty it gets when I sore what I can only say looked like a stick insect looking creature in my filter sounds mad I know I was about 6mm long had what looked like legs and I head its body was like a catarpillar I got my net to catch it but it shot down the side

Has any one seen anything like this before

Please note I have not been drinking and do not take drugs.

Hmmm the closest thing I can see is Mosquito Larvae but I'm not sure

Well just keep an eye out for it, it's most likely harmless whatever it is.

Have you added any live plants recently, or fed live food?

I have live plants 2 to 3 weeks ago, no live food.
