Stocking to 1.5" per gallon after the cycle isn't recommended, but easily doable IME

I'd aim for larger Harlequins and younger corries if you add one then the next, otherwise juvis of each will be better

As rabbut says adding them all together should be fine, just make sure as you said that the cycle definitley is finished and wait maybe a week or so after the end results and you should be fine, just monitor just for a complete garrentee

6 Sterbai corydoras were the first fish in my tank after fishless cycling, still going strong over a year later

add the six sterbais then i think 10 harlequins would look nicer as abit ovf a bigger shoal will stand out more.

agree with most of the advice above, get juvi's and stock 6 harlequins and 6 sterbai's straight after your qually week. there are a couple of more delicate species of cories such as panda's which don't do well in a newly cycled tank, however the vast majority of them will be fine, sterbais are one of the ones that will be fine.

obviously you work out the " per gallon based on the adult size, if you get juvi's you'll probably only be at 1" initially so no problems.
