Stargate Convention!

I am going to Chicago to enjoy what may be the very last Stargate Convention! Soooo excited we don't get to go out much -kids,work, ect. Love the movie- love the shows love the original anthropological theory that was stolen to make it all happen in the first place! Yes I am a nerd and I embrace it!
We saved up a bit but I'm  going to have to bring the guitar if I want to see the shedd aquarium it was A LOT more expensive than we planned on it being, oh well- I figure busking there can't be any worse than Toledo...

Stargate Con2014 was awesome!!!! My girlfriend won a trivia contest and we got a whole bunch of stargate stuff.
Teryl Rothery hugged me.  I talked breifly with David Nykl and Connor Trineer. We had an enlightening conversation with Jacqueline Semuda about the zodiac and the ascension of scorpio, Cliff Simon chatted w me about surfing in Cali and Jason Momoa told me I had a righteous beard.- I also got to see a Night Heron and a least Bittern at a park by the convention. The deer in chicago are deaf from all the over flying planes so she got some pretty up close shots of them as well.

Jaqueline Semuda is a  lovely very interesting lady. Michael Shanks was kind of a douche he was the only actor there that was condescending towards his fans-how sad

Jen Spence super hot canadasian gave us advice on acting. Jason Momoa had some good advice on getting out of lame scenes and dialogue you don't feel like doing. Tony Amendola read Shakespeare to us and told some awesome dirty jokes.  David Hewlett, Joe Flannigan, Paul McGillian were amazing as always. Gary Chaulk (plays blue guitar)and Gary Jones were really cool as well.
