I wouldn't have noticed them if i hadn't noticed my betta going after something like food. Looked closer and there are a few little tiny hair like worms in my tank. I haven't changed his food or added new plants or anything, doing regular water changes about a 1/4-1/3 of the tank twice a week.
the only new thing is i had one of my snails die on me over the weekend. Im not sure if he died on friday or sunday night so im not sure how long he was dead for before i came in yesterday, but i know he was ok when i left on friday.
Should i worry about my betta eating these little guys?

Now someone please correct me if I'm mistaken, but what you're describing more or less sounds like the exact same thing I noticed in my own tank afew weeks ago, and I was told they were flatworms and essentially are harmless.

So apperently they're not parasitic and they won't harm your fish ...?
But as I said before, this is basically something that's new to me as well. :p

Apparently they dont really like the water, there y sit just above the water line and if i move the tank a bit to ge the water to sloosh them up into the water they squiggle as fast as they can to get back tot he wall and climb up out of the water

So far, the only time I ever saw mine was when I had the breeder box in temporarily for a Betta. The box would kind of suction to the side of the tank and I'd see the little worms hanging between the glass/acrylic of the tank itself and the box (there were only every three or four at most).

I'd unsuction the breeder box and they'd all fall away to the substrate were I wouldn't see them again.
