Sponge Filter

I want to have a small sponge filer,,the kind attached to air hose. I have the pump and hose, but what kind of spong do I Need? I bought one for kitchen use, but it says not for aquarium use. I plan on keeping this small sponge in my 30 gallon and use it in my fry tank in a month.

The ones I bought locally were all JAD sponges, if you're buying online check out seapets....
