what fish could i stock in a fluval spec?

a Single Male betta splendens and some shrimp, or snails

Betta as a push, but better set up as a shrimp tank

ok nice to know could i have a mini moth catfish and a scarlet badis?

No. Both species are too large and active for such a small tank. Both species are also not very hardy and in such a small tank, the cycle could crash easily, the ammonia and nitrites could build up faster, leading to most likely death in the fish

I have a spec, an impulse buy, I soon realised it was way too small for any fish.
It's now a shrimp tank
