Scientific name - Gobioides broussonnetii, so brackish. Can't get a pic as I have to borrow a camera

Just bought one of these Violet gobies... as a matter of fact it's still aclimatising in it's little bag as i type... I've never been a big gobi fan and it appears this thing can get up to 2ft ... Luckily he's going into a 125gal aquarium. I've had a good sized gobi in that tank before. will be interesting to see how this turns out. I hope it will get along with my Bicher...

Unless you have been fortunate enough to have bought Gobioides peruanus (quite unlikely) then your dragon gobie will not be able to live with a bichir because it is a BRACKISH fish.
