south american dragon fish

Scientific name - Gobioides broussonnetii, so brackish. Can't get a pic as I have to borrow a camera :(

F8 Tank it is then, another excuse for a new tank :D

Just bought one of these Violet gobies... as a matter of fact it's still aclimatising in it's little bag as i type... I've never been a big gobi fan and it appears this thing can get up to 2ft -_- ... Luckily he's going into a 125gal aquarium. I've had a good sized gobi in that tank before. will be interesting to see how this turns out. I hope it will get along with my Bicher... :unsure:

Unless you have been fortunate enough to have bought Gobioides peruanus (quite unlikely) then your dragon gobie will not be able to live with a bichir because it is a BRACKISH fish.
