Picked this guy up a few months back, he is doing well in his 45-gallon-aquarium by himself.

I was dying to get him a female friend, but guy at LFS said no way not in that tank size.

So I guess he well spend his life by himself for a while, or until I can figure out how to get a larger tank in my bedroom, with its weak and uneven floors.

I was fooling around with the camera, and its always so hard to capture him with his TOP-fin completly open, so far these have been the best shots I have been able to get.

Thanks for the nice comments guyz, Hey do you think there is any OTHER fish I could keep with him? Do fish get lonely? I feel kinda sorry for him, that he is living by himself.

No, this species of fish would not get lonley. If you wanted another fish in there with him, maybe some type of really fast moving small fish that he wouldnt be able to catch and eat would work well.
