Sorry, Another Question On Where To Place Intake/outake

Keeps the pipes behind the tank tidier and easier to maintain should you ever need to take the intakes/outakes off.

i would say the first one.....

easier to set up and do maintenance on etc and with shorter pipework you will get better performance from the filters

My thinking was that with them crossed over, I would get a better 'mix' of water? Is that not worth the hassle of having the longer pipes etc?

With 2 1200's it doesn't matter where you have them, it's going to get mixed up.
