Son Wants To Add A Betta To Our

Hi this is my first post in this part of the forum, every time we go to LFS my son heads to the betta's and allways ask can we get one,

So my stock is:
12 copper harlequin
8 rummys tetras
6 bronze corys
1 apistogramma cacatuoides soon to be 3

So with that stock are we ok to add a betta and what type
Would be best to add

I would only want one single fish

The alostos concern me. Usually bettas don't do well with those types of fish due to the behaviour, and appearance of them. Especially if you end up with a breeding situation, the apostles will most likely harras the betta

My only concern would be the caucatoides. The rest of your fish are peaceful enough to live with a betta.

Ok thanks for the input, looks like we will have to set up a second tank, probably about time I did lol.....
