Some Links Dont Work For Me?

hi,
alot of the links that i click on, especially attatched image link, come of with a message saying:

Sorry, but you do not have permission to use this feature. If you are not logged in, you may do so using the form below if available.

even though i am logged in and everyone else seems to be able to see the links, i think its because im in the newsletter froup or something?

I often see the text 'IPB Image' instead of an image, not sure what that's meant to be.
Also 'user posted image' is another i think i see, cant remember now. Is that one that the user has deleted?

Could be due to newsletter team group, have changed a setting, please let me know if you still have the problem.
