hi everyone i'm new in keeping fish as a pet so need some info

i want to ask some question

1. (as a pet) are salt water fish are large in numbers or fresh water fish (which can be kept in aquarium tank)?
2. which is better salt water or fresh water
3. which 1 of them people mostly have
4. can salt water fish kept in fresh water tank
5. can fresh water fish kept in slat water tank

only you can decide which are better to keep. i think most people start with fresh water because its less daunting. is there a reason you want to mix salt and fresh?

5. Yes, quite a few species can be kept in both freshwater and marine conditions, Guppy's are probably the most readily available species that can tolerate both freshwater and saltwater. Most marine species are aggressive so you'd have to choose tank mates carefully if you went down this route.

You can keep more freshwater fish in a tank; about two or three times more, than if you have salt water.

That depends on your point of view. I like freshwater better, but some people like salt.

There are a very few fish which are 'brackish' and can live in both fresh and marine, but not many.

Yes, all 3, they can tolerate saline solution with a specific gravity of about up to 1.040 at 25 degrees Celsius.

They're the same, equipment included however may be orientated towards either side of the hobby, so be sure to ask before you buy.
