I add ferropol c02 24 everyday, but they are still bad =[

here are some pictures of the plants as i dont exactly know what theyre called, i dont have this problem with my other tank but that has mainly elodea densa in it, anythign i put in my 10g grows like wildfire whereas my 28gs plants are just weedy

thast all i have the tank as teh rest have died!!

oh and as another quick question if i could be cheeky =] is how can i weigh plants down as my hoplo pulls them out left right and centre :l

sorry if ive left anything out!

i have always had trouble with red plants- red ludwigia to be exact...the leaves just systematicaly fell off and it died. i dose and ran co2 w/ medhigh lighting and i still couldnt keep them.

Looks like maybe not enough nutrients.
Can't help you w/ the hairgrass b/c I just had mine die off as well lol.

With the sword? plants... I always suggest it, but along with a good general liquid fert, I would also start adding extra potassium as well.

Looks like not enough light for the plants you put in. I'm guessing you've got like 18w in a 28g. Low light plants include

anubias
cryptocorynes
Some amazon swords (not Lileaopsis species)
java fern
java moss
maybe some stemplants like egeria, hygro (polysperma, maybe corymbosa), but they would do better with at least 1WPG of good quality lighting, better yet with T5s instead of T8s.

Do a water change, and clean up the dead bits of plants. Then look into the above species.
