Just got a bunch of plants that I orderd from online and the person says:

"When you first get your plants please soak them in a bucket of tapwater and/or give them a very good rinse under the tap. This will revitalise them and wash off any anti-snail treatments used on them. This is particularly important if you keep live snails or shrimps and other crustaceans, which are extremely sensitive to these chemicals. Given a good rinse under the tap and left to soak in a bucket for 24 hours all such chemicals will be washed off."

Does it matter if they are in soak in cold water for 24 hours? Alot colder than tropical tank water, fresh out the cold water tap lol

Cheers :good:
