So Many Things Going Wrong!

Any strands coming out of the white cyst.
Can you see anything in the cyst.
Is she sitting near the airstone. is the airstone strong.

If the other fish showing no signs of improvement she needs antibiotics in isolation.

No, no strands, nothing in them, theyre clear. The black molly had them too shortly before she got pop eye. Shes moving around the tank as normal, no isolating herself to near the airstone.
So she got 100% fresh water yesterday with 1/2 previous amount of salt, and ive put in eSHa again. And shes now been joined by the black male molly, coz i noticed lastnight that he has a white patch on his lip. Dont know what it is, but its not normal, so hes in there too.

White patches on mouth can be injury, columnaris.

Oh GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOODDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

The female black molly which i'd just put back in the main tank has literally overnight developed these weird whitish spots all over - ok they look like spots til you get closer and you realise its more like a fungus maybe? Just in tiny blobs all over her body. So shes back in with the silver female and the black male in the hospital tank
What would cause such a sudden decline? The lack of medication for 2 days, or a reaction to freshwater? (without salt in it)

God im starting to get a little p'd off with this now, shes been ill for what 2 months now? Gahhhhh!!! Im beginning to wonder what to do for the best....

Once you stop the meds it can all flare back up again.
Meaning the meds not strong enough to kill the bacteria.

All you can do now is use jbl furanol 2 in isolation. Or contact a vet for some antibiotics to be used in isolation.

How big are the spots?

Is it possible to load a pic onto the site.

theyre small spots, bit bigger than whitespot spots.

i found the 2 back mollies fighting earlier, they were at it for a good 30 secs or so

will try (again) to get a pic, theyre being naughty :grr:

How much bigger are the spots than whitespot spots.
Any redness to the spots.
Are the spots ulcerating the skin away.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing, darting, laboured breathing, excess mucas.
Or do the spots looks like cottn balls.

here she was this morning before moving back into quarantine. i couldnt get on of her now, shes all stressy in there with the male :/ its exactly the same as what she had before though

she isnt swimming around any differently no. no signs of illness apart from whats on the skin. its just like the pic on page 1 of this post, but has a slightly cottony look to it

See if the meds in the hospital tank help for now.
If she start flicking and rubbing, darting, excess mucas, it might be whitespot. It's hard to tell in the pics. I'm not convinced it is whitespot yet.

I think I would try and get some better meds I suggested in the other replys.

One more question. Is there any swelling or lumps beneath the skin.

no there are no lumps anywhere, or swelling. shes now taken to aggressively bullying the silver female :grr:
will get some furanol asap, thanks wilder.

oh for god sake.....this is going from bad to worse! Now the female platy has it!! She has one small fluffy spot on her side. There are only so many i can get in the hospital tank! :shout:

Im concerned for all the other fish. I dont know if i should be treating all the fish in the main tank as well as the hospital tank, considering the sick ones have spent time in the main tank :/

ive also been looking at pics of fish with columnaris, and they definitely have that. so i will buy some furanol 2, and put the sick fish into my planted 80l. They cant stay in a 60l unplanted tank for months, its horrible, especially for the fish which is being bullied! Im going to move the 8 tetras and betta into the main tank after a big water change. See how that goes for a couple of days while i wait for the medication to arrive. And decide then whether to move them into the planted 80l for treatment.

Here is what the slight fluffyness and spots look like http://www.jbl.de/onlinehospitaluk/perpicture/index.php?Step=3&GalleryId=2&klickedPic=042_b

and the scales on the female http://www.jbl.de/onlinehospitaluk/perpicture/displayanswer.php?AnswerID=041

Ive now moved the platy to the hospital tank, as i dont know what she has, and i dont want her infecting the whole tank full of corys  I looked at her and she has what appears to be a biggish piece of clear 'skin' virtually peeled off (scales are fine underneath), is that the membrane?
Ohhhhh i dont know whats going on, what to treat for, anything :S
The molly looks more like she has a severe case of whitespot now! (the only thing that makes me doubt its ich is that ive bleached the tank twice since her last possible outbreak of ich, and completely changed media too.

Ok.
Columnaris can look like peeling skin, and the skin is stredding.

If you think the fish have whitespot treat for it.

It's hard to tell in the pics.
As whitespot spots can look abit fluffy sometimes too.

Sorry for all your problems.
Not having much luck at the moment.

Tell me about it. If theyve given it to all my corys too, i'll be gutted  Ive just moved the betta and neons into the main tank, and theyre all doing fine. Thought the swordtail might be aggresive but hes not at all. Will have to watch the tetras with pygmys, as they used to nip them, but now the pygmys are a bit bigger and have gained confidence, i think they'll be ok. They zip about too fast for the tetras anyway
So gonna leave it overnight, see how all the fish are in the morning, see if theres been any nipping, and if not, the platy and 3 mollies will go into the 80l where the betta and neons came from. Im going to treat for whitespot too by temp and salt only for now.
