75g (~22C, 8-10x water turnover)...

Platy
Pearl Danios

Corydoras trilineatus
Black Kuhli Loaches (Pangio oblongata?)

29g (~24C, 4-6x water turnover)
Opaline Gourami

10g (~22C, 4-6x water turnover)
Guppies

I'd like to put the loaches with the Guppies to split the stock a little more, beacuse it will give the loaches a much easier time getting their share of food, but that might be pushing the stocking of a 10 (~45l) a little.
the idea is to take me down to 1 tank only

In that case, I would rehome the Opaline Gourami and put everything in the 75g @ ~22C, with a strong current (most filter/powerheads together) firing along one long side for the likes of the Swordtails and Pearl Danios, but a calmer area for the Guppies to go to if they feel the need.

They need warmer temps, less current and can be aggressive.

hmmm I've had this one for about 6 months and ive never had any issues with aggressive behavior... She's/he's doing fine in the temp I have in the tank. friendly like the other fish

its been 2 days since i lost the previous fish.... heres what I have after counting everyone::

7 redwag swords (2 male 5 female)
