Snail Fell Out Of Tank And Shell Broke

Due to the hot summer weather in NYC reaching about 100 degrees during certain times of the week i leave all my tank hoods open. Only one of my tank has just 1 snail in it. He has gotten very large over the years and is very enjoyable to watch. Today i was in my room and i heard a loud noise from the living room. I go check and find the snail on the floor with the shell broken halfway. From the opening of the shell all the way to half it fell apart and i removed it. I was wondering if he will survive this and if my betta, cardinal tetras, praecox rainbows will bully him since he is exposed. I really need your help. I love this snail and do not want to lose it

If I were you I'd maybe try and put him in a tank alone. Cuttle fish (the stuff you use for birds) is apparently good for their shells

ive had shells crack before. they grow back. cuttlefish bone or just some tums (they contain calcium and snails like them) will help heal him up. just watch he isnt getting picked on by the fish.

Well the snail is roaming around the tank again. If i see any of the fishes pick on it i have a 5.5 gallon empty tank i can put the snail in for healing. I may pick up some cuddle bone for the snail so he is able to heal quicker.
