I got a snail today and everything was fine, i got him and he was alive, even moving in the plastic bag before i put him in the tank.
When i put him in the tank he's moving and all but my betta decides to attack it, not like gonna kill it but like it's just exploring it and the snail was fine. Then i decided to put him in a separate tank while i was out because i didnt want the betta to kill him. I put it there and he was fine and moving. One our later i come back and he doesnt move. Doesn't come out of his shell, nothing.
I put him back in the main tank with the betta and the snail is just there doing nothing, the betta sometimes goes there and sort of "pushes" it with his mouth but the snail does nothing.
A bit after i took it out to look at it, doesn't smell, the "door" is almost close and when i put it back it takes it's little "horns" or how it's called out and moves the horns very slowly. After some seconds he puts the horns back inside the shell and leaves the "door" a little more open. It's been like this for 30 minutes now.
What is wrong with it? Could it be dead? I'm concerned...

From the sounds of it the snail you have is a mystery or Apple snail, all fish and inverts need acclimatisation to a new tank both with regards to the water temp and also pH. By the sounds of it your snail might have suffered pH shock with all the moves from its original tank, into the betta tank, back out into a different container and then back into the betta tank.
The best solution would be to leave the snail alone and just keep an eye on it, and try to ensure that the betta doesn't annoy or pick at the snail when it does attempt exploring and feeding.

Should i take it out? The betta isn't picking on it anymore, at least not that i've seen (been staring at the aquarium for about 45 mins)

I would leave it where it is. My snails don't move all the time either, sometimes they rest, it is normal for them. Only if your snail hasn't moved for a few days you may want to check if there is a foul odour coming from it, this would be a sign that it has died.

The snail moved during the night and when i woke up the snail was in Casper's bubble nest so i moved him or Casper would attack it until it got out of there. Put it in the gravel and i went to school, came back now and it's in the same place. Hope it's okay ...

I hope so too! Just give it some time, it most likely will soon start exploring it's new environment! :)
