Small Tank, Small Heater Recommendations?

I have an empty 1.5 gallon tank, which I used to house shrimp; however it wasn’t heated. I’m half fancying getting a few more shrimp; however I’d like the tank to be heated. Can anyone recommend a heater small enough from the UK?

Hydor make really small a 25w heater which would do the job. Its the Hydor Theo.
