Small Snails

Can I (suck up) syphon up small snails when I clean aquarium?

It's possible, depending on how small the snail is and if it's got a firm hold on whatever it's sticking to. They'll occasionally clog my gravel vac, but that's because I made it out of some old airline. If you check the water bucket you're syphoning into before you dump it you should be fine.
