Small Plecs

i would like a plec for my tank (20liters) so one that wont grow any bigger than 3".

Give me as much information as you can

20l is only about 4g. Not even big enough for otos, the generally accepted smallest 'pleco' around. Not big enough for any of the fish you currently have in there as well.

What fish are currently in there?

1 Ram
2 Blood eye tetras
4 Baby neons

Not even the tetras should be in a 4g.

There's just not enough room for anything else. There's really not enough room for what's in there now.
