What size tank would I need to have for discus fish......preferably tank minimum measurements. How would i breed them?

I'm not sure of the minimum tank size, but I believe it is 4ft.

Discus are quite specialized fish to keep according to what I have read. They are also one of the most expensive tropicals you can buy (so mistakes can be very expensive!). Breeding can be acheived but the young need extra care to develop to a good size.

There are lots of specilast discus websites around. Have a look and read up a LOT before you consider trying discus.

6*2*2 ft for a group of 6-10+. Once they pair off, a pair can be temporarily moved to a 3*2*2 for breeding purposes, before being returned to the main tank again.

As with many social, but agressive cichlids, keeping under 6 is a bad idea because they'll start fighting.
