Six line wrasse red sores

Hello, my six line wrasse developed a red sore on his left side, I just noticed it 5 minutes ago. What can it be? Someone bit him? Did he cut himself? Parasites?

it's not a bite and not parasites.

it looks like a physical injury, the fish probably got caugt between a couple of rocks and scratched itself. just monitor it and it should be fine. if it goes white and fluffy or red and lumpy, post more pictures.
